Curator Kim Kenney takes an illustrated look at the evolution of fashion from 1860 to the present. Did you know that before the hemline rose above the ankle in the 1910s, no one paid much attention to their shoes? (No one could see them!) Or that in the Victorian Age, it was wildly popular to make jewelry out of human hair? Vintage advertisements add another interesting dimension to this program.
The program is $15 and includes tea/coffee and breakfast sweets. Reservations are required. Please call 330-455-7043.
The Museum is located at 800 McKinley Monument Dr. NW in Canton.
