McKinley Presidential Library & Museum to Present Virtual Program “Moving the President”

The McKinley Presidential Library & Museum will present “Moving the President,” a live virtual program, on Thursday May 20 at 6:00 PM with Director of Education Ally Carlson.

You’ve probably heard of Air Force One, but how did Presidents like Washington, Lincoln, and McKinley get around? This illustrated program chronicles the history of presidential transportation. From the horse and carriage to advanced jet aircraft, this program will cover how our presidents have moved from place to place. The cost is $10 per person.

Reservation deadline is Monday, May 17. Visit https://mckinleymuseum.org/product/virtual-program-moving-the-president/ to sign up.
