The McKinley Presidential Library & Museum offers a unique venue for your next party, meeting, wedding or corporate event. We have many options to choose from that will impress your guests from the moment they step through the doors.

Venue Spaces


The museum will give your next celebration or corporate meeting that extra WOW factor. Why not dazzle your guests, with the use of the entire museum at your disposal? This includes all indoor spaces except the add-on areas.


The Street of Shops

Step back in time to days gone by in The Street of Shops. This area offers a nostalgic feel as your guests mingle and stroll through time. High tops are available to offer guests a place to stop & sample appetizers or desserts. The use of the School House and Cabin are also included. 

The School House

This meeting room is a great area to host that business meeting, shower or birthday party. The façade is that of a schoolhouse but the inside can be set up with your needs in mind. There is Wi-Fi, a projector and screen available for use. Restrooms are right outside the doorway. This rental includes admission to the museum for all guests. Seats up to 24 guests

The Cabin

This area in the Street of Shops offers another unique spot to host a special gathering. The working hearth can be lit for an added ambiance – perfect for a special evening or a small holiday gathering. Seats up to 12 guests

The Everhard Auditorium

This large auditorium can do it all! It’s perfect for small weddings and corporate meetings. This space includes a full kitchen with apartment-sized double ovens, cooktop, dishwasher and catering refrigerator. There is a stage area available if needed.  Tables, chairs, Wi-Fi, screen and projector are included with this rental. Seats up to 96 guests, 150 guests theatre style and will hold up to 200 guests without seating. Admission to the museum can be included at an additional cost.



The grounds surrounding the Museum and Monument are privately owned through the Stark County Historical Society and make for a dramatic spot to hold that outdoor wedding or event. The grounds are beautiful and offer spectacular views for those remarkable photo ops.

The grounds can also be used for fundraisers such as a 5k, marathons, or other outdoor activities.




These special programs can be added to any rental at your request.


The Planetarium 

This add-on or standalone package is certainly out of this world! Our trained staff will delight your guests with a Planetarium show of the night sky. This program is about 20 minutes in length and will hold 65 guests. Ask about specialized programs of the night sky – they can be customized for that special anniversary or birthday.
