Executive Director Kim Kenney will present the evolution of kitchen technology over time.  Innovations such as home refrigeration and electric appliances influenced the way home cooks fed their families, and in some cases created brand new menu options that had not been possible before.  Learn more about the history behind how we keep food cold and how we make food hot!  The fee is $50 per program.
