Presidential Library & Museum

FREE Virtual Exhibit Opening

The new Keller Gallery exhibition “Colors!” opens at the McKinley Presidential Library & Museum on Thursday October 1. There will be a virtual exhibition opening on the Museum’s Facebook page that evening at 6:00 PM.

“Colors!” features artifacts from the Museum’s permanent collection that are grouped by color, ranging from vintage dresses and hats to glassware and china.

In these difficult times, we thought it would be fun to create an exhibition that showcases artifacts based on color,” said Executive Director Kim Kenney. The selection criteria was simple: each artifact had to be mostly a single color, which we have displayed in the order of the rainbow. Most of these artifacts would not normally be displayed together, and some of them are on view for the very first time.

“Colors!” will be on view in the Keller Gallery through March 7, 2021.
