Volunteer

The McKinley Presidential Library & Museum invites you to join our team of volunteers!

We welcome volunteers 18 years or older, from a variety of backgrounds with an interest in the Museum. Student volunteers, who are 15 to 18 years old, are welcome to support Discover World during the months of June, July, and August. Share your time, skills and knowledge while helping others learn. Our volunteers are a vital part of the ongoing work at the Museum. Volunteers contribute many hours of service and provide extra hands for our educational programs, demonstrations, special events and exhibits for thousands of people every year.

Schedules are flexible and training is provided. Please contact Lou Lewis, Volunteer Coordinator, at 330-455-7043 or email her.

Empty-nesters and retirees will discover that volunteering at the museum is a fun way to remain active in the community. Good volunteers enhance the value of the visitors’ museum experience, and the Museum volunteers are a terrific group of talented and sociable people – come join us!
