Educator Resources

We have provided the following downloadable documents to help you connect the McKinley Presidential Library & Museum to educational standards in your classroom.

A Visit To The Museum

There is something for everyone at the McKinley Museum. William McKinley was dedicated to learning and spent parts of his early career as a teacher. We embody his commitment to learning by providing a variety of educational opportunities for students of all ages.

Science

Students will experience hands-on fun with physics, electricity, paleontology, astronomy, meteorology and ecology in our Discover World and Hoover-Price Planetarium. Students learn that science can be fun with exhibits geared toward students of varying grade levels.

History

The McKinley Presidential Library & Museum abounds in history. Your students will learn all about the life and times of William McKinley, experience Stark County history in our Street of Shops and learn how history impacts today’s current events.

We look forward to working with you and providing a rewarding experience for your students!
